Shipping policy

Processing time is 5 - 7 working days

Processing of your order will begin once payment is confirmed and received. Once your order is completed, it will be shipped. You will be notified of the completion of your order and provided with a tracking number by email. 

Shipping time is 3 - 5 working days.

How fast you receive your order once we have shipped it out depends on the courier company and is therefore outside of our control. We ask that you are patient with this as there may delays on the side of the courier company for various reasons. If you have any trouble, please contact the courier company with the tracking number with which you have been provided. After your order is dropped off with the courier company, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
