Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of the nails, no refunds, exchanges or returns will be accepted.

The only way a refund will be issued is if we are unable to complete your order due to unforeseen reasons.

Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel the order. Any requests made after 24 hours will be denied.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
